The 7-th Bulgarian real estate Salon took place in Moscow with a great success on October 1&2, 2010. 47 companies participated in the Exhibition. The total quantity of visitors was 2600. All participators noted the quality of visitors oriented for Bulgaria and noted professionalism of organization.

International property show took place in Saint-Petersburg on April 2&3 Bulgarian real estate exhibition was within the framework of it. This show was the largest in Saint-Petersburg. 132 companies participated in the Show, and a number of visitors was 6884. These figures show the buyers' interest to foreign real estate even in difficult financial time.

The largest Bulgarian real estate exhibition "Bulgarian house" took place on February 12&13 with great success. 100 companies participated on the exhibition and the number of visitors was 6130.

The next “Bulgarian Home” Exhibition takes place on 11&12 February 2011.

International property show took place in Saint-Petersburg on October 16&17. Bulgarian real estate exhibition was within the framework of it. This show was the largest in Saint-Petersburg. 157 companies participated in the Show, and a number of visitors was 6253. These figures show the buyers' interest to foreign real estate even in difficult financial time.

On October 2&3 the 5-th Bulgarian real estate Exhibition took place in Moscow. 47 companies participated in the Exhibition and a number of visitors was 2600. These figures show the same the buyers' interest to Bulgarian real estate as it was a year before. So this fact permits us to look optimistically in the future in existing financial situation.

The review "Bulgarian house" will hols a seminar on consular questions and questions on purchase and registration of property in Bulgaria under support of  Bulgarian embassy in Russia.

The 2-d Bulgarian real estate Salon took place in Saint-Petersburg in the frames of International Property Show on April 3&4. It was in Exhibition Centre of the North-West Russia.

Bulgarian General consul to Saint-Petersburg Mr. Georgi Mikhov, President of AIGroup Kim Waddoup, director of Virtus Company branch in Saint-Petersburg Alina Bartseva are carried out the opening ceremony.

The Bulgarian Real Estate Salon successfully takes place for three years in Moscow, and The International Property Show exists for seven years. In St. Petersburg these arrangements are carried out second time.

The carefully planned advertising campaign gave ground to engage 5110 unique visitors over the two days. 130 companies from 41 countries participated in the Exhibition.
