Scheme of the pavillion

The price per sq.m. is 450 Euro.
The cost of registration for in-present participators is 350 Euro.

Stand includes:

• back / side walls, wall decorations printing and setup (vinyl banners or foils),
• fascia panel(s),
• lighting (2 lamps),
• power,
• 1 table,
• 4 chairs,
• 1 waste-basket.
• additional full page advertisement in the official catalogue of the event.

Registration fee includes:

• catalogue entry,
• 4 exhibitor badges,
• 100 invitations,
• participant's certificate,
• cleaning

Types of stands and included equipment

We have 6 sq.m stand for participators.

All stands are fully equipped:

Stand of 6 sq. m. includes: walls, printing and arrangement of banners at the stand, fascia panel, 2 lamps, 1 socket, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 waste-basket.

Cost of a stand is 3050 Euro.

Technical requirements for the models of the banners at the stand

Sizes of the stand:

2960 mm х 2480 mm (length х height) for back wall,
1970 mm х 2480 mm for each side wall.

Quantity of panels for 6 sq.m. stand:

6 sq.m. stand (non corner)
Size: 3m х 2m х 2.5m
Walls: 3 walls - 7 panels (2 - right, 3 - back, 2 - left)

Stand 6 sq.m. (corner)
Size: 3m х 2m х 2.5m
Walls: 2 walls - 5 panels (2 - side, 3 - back)

The banners are printed for each panel.
You may see below the quantity of panels for your variant.

Size of each panel for printing: 964 мм х 2355 мм (length х height).

Size of each panel for printing: between neighboring panels in the place of joint – metallic molding with width of 40 mm.

Please send us the plan of arrangement of panels at the stand.

We accept files in the following formats:

TIFF, 72 dpi, CMYK (mostly preferable for the modules, which are not requested corrections), PDF (Press Quality), EPS (CMYK, text in curves, pic - 72 dpi), JPEG (CMYK, maximum quality). Other formants shall be subject for consideration.

You may send the files on CD or arrange on your or our ftp-server (in this case it is preferable to use ZIP-archives for each file).

Attention! The quality of printing will be depended on compliance with the requirements to the modules. Materials are accepted for printing if they are received not later than 45 days before the Show.
